We maintain steel plate and steel bar inventory and provide a state-of-the-art plate cutting operation in Birmingham, Alabama. We stock A36 Steel Plate in most all thicknesses up to 8''. We also stock 4140 steel plate, A572 steel plate, 1045 steel plate and A514 steel plate and can obtain most any type of material for steel grinding, metal machining or steel fabrication purposes.
We routinely cut base plates, mounting plates, mold plates, quick die change plates, shim plates, wear plates and parallel bars. We can cut most any part per customer CAD specifications.
Our Avenger 2 plasma cutting machine from ESAB uses the latest technology to cut plate. With up to 600 amps and a special rotating head, we also provide bevel cutting for the cleanest edges.
