Our precision steel processing services spotlight plate cutting via the Avenger 2 plasma cutter.  We finish fabricating parts to customer specifications within our welding and assembling departments at our 60,000 sq ft plant.  Our 40,000# car bottom furnace is used to stress relieve, anneal and normalize steel.  We grind plate on workhorse Mattison and Blanchard grinders.  Highly trained machinists provide precision machining from several G&L horizontal and vertical milling machines, large milling planers, and heavy duty GE Fanuc 18i controller, CNC Vertical Machining centers. (3) Precision CNC Machining centers, one with a 22,000 lb. capacity reaching 31"h x 78" x 122" have increased our production capacity.
