Our precision steel processing services spotlight plate cutting via the Avenger 2 plasma cutter.  We finish fabricating parts to customer specifications within our welding and assembling departments at our 60,000 sq ft plant.  Our 40,000# car bottom furnace is used to stress relieve, anneal and normalize steel.  We grind plate on workhorse Mattison and Blanchard grinders.  We provide precision machining from several G&L horizontal and vertical milling machines, large milling planers, and heavy duty GE Fanuc 18i controller, CNC Vertical Machining centers. Two Precision CNC Machining centers, one with a 22,000 lb. capacity reaching 31"h x 78" x 122" have increased our production capacity. When you need machine bases, ground steel molds, die plates, electric motor base mounting plates or gas compression mounting platforms, milled parts, and special machines manufactured in one location, please call on us.  You'll be rewarded with a job done right the first time!
